Scan Center Supervisor

MetaSource is seeking a driven and professional Production Supervisor to join its team.

What does the Scan Center Supervisor Do? 

The Scan Center Supervisor is responsible for managing Production day-to-day operations to ensure that all quality and productivity standards are met, continually assessing business needs and implementing strategy to increase the value of service provided, organize and be accountable for tasks, time, resources, and people.


  • Schedules tasks, coordinates with various team members and interacts with other departments to accomplish the overall goals.
  • Ensures effective employee relations, provide employee coaching and development, makes employment decisions, resolve employee issues through problem resolution.
  • Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Work to continuously improve in all areas
  • Manages departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to Director of BPO Operations
  • Manages department priorities
  • Ensures proper functionality of document machinery
  • Oversees and facilitate staffing and scheduling needs depending on current workloads
  • Tracks absenteeism and timekeeping, enforcing company policy through leading by example
  • Performs accident investigations, FOSAs
  • Communicates with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner
  • Complies with and adheres to MetaSource policies and procedures


  • A minimum of 5 years management experience in a production environment is required; previous production experience is preferred; bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred; knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the mortgage auditing industry is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to large groups of employees through high proficiency in verbal and written communication; read and interpret documents such as company policies; ability to write complex reports and correspondences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly, Wear PPE and following all safety directives. (Report any safety hazards to supervisor.)
