MetaSource is seeking a driven and professional Customer Representative to join our magazine service team.

What does the Customer Service Representative Do? 

The Contact Center Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

Responsibilities:

  • Answers phones and responds to customer requests
  • Provides customer with product and service information
  • Identifies, researches and resolves customer issues using computer systems
  • Keeps up on training and changes within client protocols
  • Provides timely and accurate information to customers' questions and requests
  • Resolves customer concerns quickly and efficiently through their knowledge of the product or program
  • Partners with the customer service team to meet goals and exceed expectations
  • Communicates with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner
  • Complies with and adheres to MetaSource policies and procedures
  • All communications with customers are via phone, email, and letter

Qualifications?

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Ability to multitask
  • Quickly read and identify customer's root concern
  • At least 18 years of age, or older
  • 6 months of customer service experience (Call Center experience preferred, not mandatory)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to type 50+ words per minute
