Customer Service Representative

MetaSource is seeking a driven and quality focused Customer Service Representative to join its Call Center team in our Bristol, PA office.  

 What does a Customer Service Representative do?

The Contact Center Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining database information through their knowledge of company products and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Answers phones and responds to customer requests
  • Provides customer with product and service information
  • Transfers customer calls to appropriate staff/department
  • Identifies, researches and resolves customer issues using computer systems
  • Keeps up on training and changes within client protocols
  • Provides timely and accurate information to customers' questions and requests
  • Resolves customer concerns quickly and efficiently through their knowledge of the product or program
  • Partners with the customer service team to meet goals and exceed expectations
  • Communicates with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner
  • Complies with and adheres to MetaSource policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Call Center Experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
  • Must be fluent in English
